Dr. R.J.A. A distinguished achiever, Dr. Loie secured a Baccalaureus Legum- B.L. with First Class honours, attaining the coveted position of University Rank Holder from a University of repute, being the alma mater of high profiles like Her Lordship the High Court Justice J.Uma Devi during his regular studies. His exceptional understanding of legal nuances was formally recognized with a special certification in Law.

In the realm of psychology and criminology, Dr. Loie attained academic excellence with a First Class M.Sc. in Psychology and an M.A. in Criminology & Police Science from M.S. University. The multifaceted scholar also earned an M.B.A. from Manonmaniam Sundarnar University, showcasing his interdisciplinary approach to education.

The culmination of his academic journey saw Dr. Loie's dissertation, titled "Arbitration and its Relation to Family Laws," receiving approval from the Department of Legal Studies, University of Madras, Chennai. Beliefs
1. He firmly believes that everyone has been created with the purpose of being optimistic about his being and future and therefore being optimistic is speaking out so. Proverbs 18:21 says, “Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”

2. Nowhere with no one does he tend to speak negatively or even forgetfully as it is his belief. Ephesians 4:29 NIV says, “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.”

3. He does not believe in fanaticism, extremism and terrorism. Proverbs 15:1-4 NIV says, “A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. The tongue of the wise adorns knowledge, but the mouth of the fool gushes folly. The eyes of the Lord are everywhere, keeping watch on the wicked and the good. The soothing tongue is a tree of life, but a perverse tongue crushes the spirit.”

4. He believes in adopting anything which seems (is seen) to be of common sense or within the reasoning, nor does he believe in any sort of superstition whether of any religion or not, He believes the Bible away from any religion.

He believes that there is only one God and that God is not a monopoly or an exclusive property of anyone anywhere as God is God and that all books are books whether holy or moly for everyone to read, follow and keep safely for use provided there is no legal bar. He believes that such books belong to all, not to a sect nor to a religion, gender, region, colour etc. and no one has any authority over any book save its copyright if any.

8. He believes in Cosmic Law as created by God for our harmonious life, as it is like the unchangeable force/ law of Nature and he believes in the triune nature of God, being completely led by the Holy Spirit with His fruit, called love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance, having accepted Jesus Christ to be Born Again to be on the Jesus Christ's track of private prayer to the Heavenly Father as in Matt.6:6-8. "But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret, and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of before ye ask him."

9. He firmly believes in the Emotional Quotient in all matters that toss us. Proverbs 25:28 says, “He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down and without walls.”, The Bible says, “Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil” (Ephesians 4:26-27).

10. He believes that he has to go beyond anything that is a basic step without stopping there even in spirituality. He believes that he has to propagate against any kind of superstition without reservations whereas, at the same time, he is ready to accept any sort of reasonable thing or aspect from anywhere.

11. Never did he believe, nor did he speak anything ill about any religion, anyone's behaviour, or character publicly in any way to hurt anybody's feeling/s though he believes in the bold and courageous legal fight against anyone, who is an anti-social element.

12. He believes that he is for change if he is convinced of any truth by anyone from anywhere, as is open-minded and free-willed to go beyond any hurdle whatsoever.

13. He believes in life that it is to be lived out and that life is to live not to die before its time though living is more difficult than dying.

14. He believes firmly in heterosexual marriage only, not in same-sex unions, marriage being for procreation and to dispel mental aloofness as psychologically and socially proven possible with different genders only despite his belief in the upliftment of all sects of people- An example video is embedded below where Dr Louie speaks his views on transgenders. He believes that the very word, 'marriage' implies procreation, which is not possible naturally with any other living together with the same gender and that the reward of perverse sex is a sexual disease such as AIDS

He believes in rendering Professional Counselling as a part of conflict resolution for those who need it as a Legal Professional preferring Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) of Law to any other law. Proverbs 11:14 says, “Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.” Dr Loie believes in Jesus Christ's statement in Matthew 18:15, 5:25 and Paul's in 1Cor.6:5 concerning the ADR.
