What is a Legal Notice / Reply / Rejoinder

A legal notice is a formal document that a person or entity sends to another, notifying them of a legal claim or grievance, and often giving them a chance to resolve the issue before legal action is taken.

A reply to a legal notice is the response from the recipient, addressing the claims made and potentially offering a defence or resolution.

A rejoinder is a further response, specifically addressing the reply, often filed by the original claimant to rebut the recipient's response.

The fee structure for our Notices is given as follows:

1. Basic Notice / Reply/ Rejoinder Fee is Rs.15,000/
         2. Analytical Notice / Reply/ Rejoinder Fee is Rs. 25,000/
                3. Notice / Reply/ Rejoinder of Challenge  Fee is Rs. 55,000/

Note that Notice / Reply/ Rejoinder of Challenge  would be an end of the dispute when this is attempted to be sent to the other party as this can be sent only when there are possibilities of illegalities on the part of the said party.
