Seminar/ Workshop Privacy Policy, Terms & Disclaimer:
A workshop is synonymous with a Seminar. All donations are tax exempted under 80G & 12 A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and as your donations are for the expansion of the Projects that are GST exempted you are instructed to Donate through the the link on the Banner / Donate Button on the Webpage/ by clicking here. Participation in this Workshop is subject to our Terms available on our website pages. The decisions as to Admission/rejection of any application for participation lie only with the Author / Speaker of the seminar. The Terms are general and common for all as published on the websites related to this Seminar.
None of the persons arranging the Seminar, the Speaker, any staff nor anyone else in any of our Associated Organizations is responsible /liable for any claim by any member participating. Everyone is advised to ponder over any idea/ thought /concept spoken of and additionally advised to act after the expert's advice on the matter/subject, not taking anything personally. Failing which will not in any way affect us. The Speaker or his assignee shall be constrained to proceed legally as per our Terms if any predicament is created against us. We do not fix up any fee for the Workshop but major donors will benefit from the Seminar/ Workshop. All are advised to go through the Profile of the Speaker at the Workshop who is the Author of this Website. All Units / Firms / Trusts/ Virtual Institution/s such as Law Eunoia Service/ LLC ( India / USA), Teach/Law Eunoia Services, Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation, and ICA University are unitedly aiming to conduct this Workshop and such Projects and we call each one is associated with one another. One unit for example having been associated with another is called associated Organization.
We do not discriminate against anyone. Our Policy is based on Galatians 3:28 “There is no longer Jew or Greek, there is no longer slave or free, there is no longer male and female; for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.” Galatians 3:28 is quite clear. There is little doubt about the point Paul is making: In Christ, we are all the same — we are equal with one another. and we are obliged, obligated and obedient not to call anyone "unclean or impure" as commanded in Acts 10:28
The Speaker at the Workshop / Seminar or the Managing Trustee of Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation has the authority to decide upon who the major donors are. It is also informed that we never reject anyone's application for not falling under the category of the Major Donor if he/ she is otherwise eligible to attend the Workshop / Seminar. As we have different Workshop / Seminar Categories we will fit him/her into any other category if the Application falls short of admission eligibility to this Workshop. The decision in this matter is also taken by the Speaker at the Workshop / the Managing Trustee of Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation The sole authority to decide any matter regarding the Workshop including but not limited to the change of Venue, postponement of the Date/s or change of timings etc sans or with any prior intimation lies with the Speaker / the Managing Trustee of Thirukkural English Couplet Eunoia Foundation only.
Refund Policy: Donation is non-refundable even for not participating as generally known to all except in circumstances proven to be of the wrong transaction done on our website instead of somewhere else, unaware or wrongly. This case may be intimated to us within 7 days of such a transaction and on scrutiny if found to be genuine and true the amount paid will be refunded after deducting our Service charge of 1% of the amount deposited within 30 days through whatever way available.To avail of this service please use the following emails for contact within 7 days: For Indians laweunoiaservice@gmail.com and others lesllcnewyork@icauniversity.us .
