Any comment/s or advertisement/s, degrading us or ours or whatever is given or offered here without any Written Legal notice to the Author/ his assignee is punishable and compensable up to Indian Rupees twenty crores and whatever is arbitrable shall be arbitrated by a Sole Arbitrator, where the seat of arbitration is Chennai and language is English. Otherwise, Madras, India Jurisdiction. It is also warned against any unauthorized call record/s of any conversation with us without informing us as it is per se illegal activity and punishable in law apart from being against our Privacy Policy, amounting to being sued for a hefty compensation.

We take personal information about you when you enter a request, sign up to our information sheet or register your interest as a potential client. The data we gather consist of your name, address, e-mail as well as phone numbers. This personal information is not distributed, shared, rented or given to companies or organizations that are not part of us.
We usually update our followers by post only once a year and by email, 7 times a year. If you think you are being contacted frequently, we can be informed to limit this to fewer updates or to take you out of the e-mailing list completely.

4. Privacy Policy:
Point No.1 Contract by Consent on Offer and Acceptance of any Service herein
It automatically becomes a Contract with us if you consent to all of our Terms by availing any of our Services unless otherwise contracted separately and the Contract is irrevocable as herein set forth and agreed upon.
Point No.2. Damaging Entrepreneurship:
If you intend to degrade us by contacting or communicating with us with an intention, you will be dealt legally. If you record any conversation with us without informing us we shall proceed legally against you for compensation of all expenses that we incur while dealing with this atrocity and illegality to the tune of a minimum of twenty crore Indian Rupees or more as per the case towards compensation for all losses and damages. This is also applicable when you write or speak or complain to any authority of anything against what is true concerning us without offering yourself to know of it. If any discrepancy is found in our activity concerning you or any Public Policy it may be informed to us within 30 days of such occurrence or of your knowledge of it unless otherwise it has been a legal process including a Contract or legal Notice. Any of your Contract or Agreement is irrevocable until it gets over or as is intended. If you have any Biblically-based ADR Clause signed with us it shall be dealt with as per law.
Point No.3 Arbitration Clause:
Law Eunoia Service/LLC or www.icauniversity or Dr R J A Stephen Loie or his assignee/s hereby agree to seek remedy by appointing a Sole Arbitrator for any arbitrable disputes and this Clause is deemed agreed upon when you vail of our service/s without any objection to it.
Point No.4 Policy regarding Payment of Fees:
Wherever the fee is applicable, it may be paid using our QR Code or through other means as explained in the Work-Contract page. Unless paid the fee in full or as permitted and intimated of it in the specified Form and via email at drrrslouie@gmail.com we cannot be liable for expected service/s. Once fee paid shall never be refunded for whatsoever reason, nor is it transferable to any other Service.nor to the fee of anyone else.. We do not charge any fee for consultation for defence of victims who are criminalized. We are ready to fight for their rights until justice is obtained without any fee. Even for others normally we change the Consultation fee only after a free Consultation for the first hour.
Point No.5 Refund Policy:
Any Payment done unaware or wrongly may be intimated to us within 7 days of such a transaction and on scrutiny if found to be genuine and true the amount paid will be refunded after deducting our Service charge of 1% of the amount deposited within 30 days through whatever way available. Each and every material used here from a word's tittle to any writing is fully copyrighted. Most of them are copyright-registered. Nothing can be reproduced without the written permission of the author or his assignee. If any infringement is found it is liable for compensation of US $2 million apart from other criminal prosecution. 6. Breach of any Contract:
Breach of any of our Contract will be dealt with as per law in India or any other Country as applicable for punishment and compensation to the tune of all expenses incurred with damages claim of 100 per cent of the monetary value of the Contract for all losses met.
